Your satisfaction matters to us. Because all Akiwave products are custom made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Each mousepad is printed specifically to your uploaded design and specifications.

As a result, items must be considered final sale once production begins.


Initiating a Return or Refund Request

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Returns or refunds requested without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, has a print defect, or you received the wrong product, notify us immediately.

Once verified, we will reprint and reship your item at no additional cost.


Exceptions to Our Return Policy

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom products and personalized items

  • Special orders made to customer specifications

These exceptions apply unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Exchanges and Replacements

We do not offer standard exchanges.
If your item qualifies due to damage or defect, we will issue a replacement rather than an exchange.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • An item is damaged or defective, and

  • A replacement is not possible

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
