Shipment Processing Time
All Akiwave products are custom made to order. Orders are typically processed and scheduled for production within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimums, no exceptions.
Estimated U.S. Delivery: 3–5 weeks
Delivery times may vary depending on location and demand.
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, customs processing, or global events.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking allows you to monitor your order as it makes its way to you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Akiwave is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, we will refund the product cost only, excluding shipping.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged or has a print defect, please email clear photos of the issue to akiwave.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will reprint and reship the item at no additional cost once the issue is confirmed.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of the order date, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
